Clark Brothers, Ray White Nundah, Free On-site Risk Assessment for Sellers and Investors

We are not insurance experts!

We are not health and safety officers!

We are not Professional Risk Managers!

We are a Risk Based Property Management team who can identify the cold hard facts of potential health and safety issues at your property.

If you’re current property manager is not reviewing your property on a quarterly basis and advising you of any potential risks then you need to email     james.clark@raywhite.com

How it works:

Step 1.

Two of our team members will visit your property and review each and every aspect of the home. A sample of our review includes:

  • Water hazards
  • Mould
  • Paint peeling
  • Loose Tiles
  • Loose railings
  • Security locks
  • Entry / exit point access
  • Damaged stairs
  • Garage doors
  • Bedroom door-stops
  • Bathroom and kitchen leaks
  • Fencing issues
  • Termite risks
  • Landscaping
  • Loose wiring

Step 2.

A written report is then emailed to you with our risk based recommendations for your consideration.

Step 3.

Ray White Nundah will follow up with a phone call to discuss the report.

Step 4.

Arrange a meeting to set a strategy to complete any urgent works so as to prevent any risks coming to fruition.

Conclusion

Managing residential property needs a risk based approach.

Sincerely

Your agents
