New Town Planning Laws will enable future development and enhance the feel and spirit of the local community as it stands now. The feeling of inner city living with a suburban family orientation will continue to grow as Nundah Village expands and further multi-residential opportunities present themselves.
Courtesy of the new Airport Link Tunnel, Nundah is now virtually an inner suburb of Brisbane. It’s just six minutes from the CBD and seven minutes from the domestic and international airports making it a primely sought after location as development continues to thrive there.
And on top of the hustle and bustle you’ll find in the centre of Nundah now and in the future you always have the ability to hit Nudgee beach for some serenity along with some spectacular beach fishing and crabbing!
